Usage, one-time purchase, and delivery conditions for Raindance AI
2026/10/05
Launch draft: the operator identity, jurisdiction and support contact must be confirmed before this service accepts public customers.
Authorized use
Only upload portraits you have permission to use. Do not create deceptive, abusive or unlawful impersonations. You are responsible for permission to use and share the people and media depicted. Public examples require separate permission to publish.
Generation and delivery
The service edits a fixed, approximately 28-second, 4:3 duet sequence set in daylight beside blue-green water on a wooden pier, with no other people in the background. You provide two portraits and choose which person sings; the selected singer maps to the second image role used by the service. AI output may contain artifacts, differ from your source photos, or fail to preserve identity or actions consistently. A padded 9:16 export is also provided. The service does not promise that a song is included or that any portrait, soundtrack, or finished video is cleared for your intended use. You are responsible for confirming permissions for uploaded and published material.
One-time video purchase
Browsing and choosing a package do not require sign-in. The main purchase flow asks you to choose a one-time package first, then sign in with Google on the pricing page. After the callback, the selected package is preserved and PayPal checkout resumes automatically. This flow does not require a password or separate email verification. Review the offer and payment amount shown before confirming checkout. The purchased video entitlement is associated with the order after server-side payment confirmation. A browser return from checkout by itself does not confirm payment.
Do not rely on a video job being submitted until the service confirms the purchase and shows the job status. If an upstream submission result is unknown, the service reconciles the original request before treating the purchase as unused or retryable. Check the status shown in your account before starting another purchase for the same intended video.
Payments and reversals
PayPal hosts checkout and processes payments under its applicable user agreement. Payment is confirmed by the service after server-side order capture; a browser return from checkout alone is not proof of payment. Confirmed refunds, payment reversals, or disputes are reconciled against the corresponding order and may affect access to the associated video job until resolved.
If generation fails, the service checks the job status and applicable purchase terms before resolving the order. Requests for monetary refunds are handled through the published support address and applicable consumer rules. Save downloads within 30 days. Retention expiry does not itself establish that a generation failed.
Support
Use the Contact page for billing and generation support. The service is independent and is not affiliated with Dave, Tems or their record labels.
