How to Make a Raindance AI Trend Video

The Raindance AI trend turns two portraits into a short seaside duet. One person appears as the singer in the close-ups, while both people share the scene. You choose the photos and singer in the studio; you do not need to write a prompt. The finished video is 15 seconds long, rendered in 1080p, and includes the original song added after generation.

1. Choose two portraits

Upload one photo for each person. Use a clear, single-person image in JPEG, PNG or WebP format. The face should be easy to see, with enough light and room around the head. A straightforward portrait usually makes it easier to recognize each person in the final scene. Avoid group photos, heavy face coverings, motion blur and filters that obscure facial features.

Each photo must be at least 300 pixels on each side and no larger than 10 MB. A near-front-facing face with a natural expression is a practical starting point. Photos do not need to be professional headshots: a well-lit everyday photo can work if the face is visible and the person is the clear subject. Only use images you have permission to submit.

The studio shows a preview of each selected photo. Check that the right person is in each slot before continuing. Photo 1 is initially selected as the singer, but you can change that choice before you generate.

2. Select who sings

Under either photo, choose the button for the person who should sing. The selected person appears in the singing close-ups; the second person remains part of the duet. The selection is based on the photo slot, so check the labels if you replace or reorder the portraits.

There is no prompt box to fill in. Once the two portraits and singer are set, the studio prepares the video using those choices. If you want a specific person to lead the close-ups, select that person before pressing Generate video.

Press Generate video. The studio checks the current cost and available video takes before submitting the job. Sign in with Google when prompted. If your account does not have enough available takes, open Pricing, choose a package, and continue to PayPal. Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. After you approve the payment, return to the studio; generation can start when the purchase is confirmed and your account has the required takes.

Your photos and singer choice remain in the browser while you move through sign-in and checkout. If a payment window is canceled or the return takes a moment, come back to the studio and check your account before submitting again. Keep the studio page available until you see the generation progress.

4. Follow the job and get your video

After submission, the studio displays the job’s current processing stage. Generation usually takes 1–5 minutes, though timing can vary. When the job is complete, preview the video in the studio and use Download video to save it through your browser. The output is 1080p and 15 seconds. The original song is added after generation, so the completed video includes the soundtrack.

Your job and completed video also appear in History. If you leave the page or refresh while the job is processing, return to History to check its status and access the finished video. Use the download control there to save it again when needed. The studio does not need to remain open while processing continues.

Make sure you have permission to use both portraits. Before posting or sending the result, consider the permissions that apply to the people shown and the intended use of the music. The video is a creative edit of the selected photos; review the finished clip before sharing it.
